Application support specialist (Level 2)

APPLICATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST (LEVEL 2)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Provide second-level support for our Energy Management Platform, focusing on troubleshooting and optimizing Microsoft Power BI implementations.
• • Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to enhance platform functionality and reporting capabilities.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of Power BI with other data sources and applications.

ADDITIONAL, OPTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Manage the deployment of Power BI updates and system configurations.
• • Conduct system audits and documentation of technical processes.
• • Train end-users and internal teams on Power BI best practices and functionalities.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• • Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, and Python.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

• • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• • Experience with DevOps automation tools.
• • English (right now Hungarian is enough).
