Selection Process

How does the selection process work?

We strongly believe in team spirit and mutual support. That is why we initially call for applications for new job vacancies in-house (within the ALTEO Group) and only afterwards do we advertise vacancies on our external platform.

If you apply for one of our vacancies, we will first screen your application based on criteria relevant to the specific job.

Then, if the outcome is positive, our recruitment/selection specialist will get in touch with you for a phone interview. After evaluating this interview, we will invite you for a personal interview, attended by a manager and an HR specialist.

As part of the competence-based interview, we will present our activities, the responsibilities related to the job for which you are applying and, of course, we will provide an opportunity to address any questions that may arise.

The next step in the recruitment process may involve a personality test and other tests to assess professional competence and, depending on the job type, may also include an interview with a senior manager.

Finally, if you are selected, we will enter into an agreement.

It is important to know that we provide every applicant with feedback regarding the progress of their application in writing or by phone.
