The Supervisory Board (SB) monitors the activities of the ALTEO Group. SB Members have mandates until 30 April 2025.

Members of the SB are:

István Bakács

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

István Bakács was a Member of the Board of Directors of E.ON Hungária Zrt., entitled to use the title of Deputy CEO, between 2001-2010. In this position, he was responsible for the management of the energy production, trading and sales areas. Between 1989-2001, he was a Member of the Board of Directors and, from 1998, the CEO of Magyar Villamos Művek Zrt. Before that, he worked in managerial positions at the Paks Nuclear Power Plant and the Power Plant Investment Company. He is an engineer and physicist with a degree from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute.


Dr János Lukács

Member of the Supervisory Board

Dr János Lukács has a PhD in economics and is the Head of the Finance & Accounting at the Corvinus University of Budapest. He received his Economics/Teaching degree from the legal successor of this institution in 1983. He is a certified auditor and tax advisor and the Chairman of the Chamber of Hungarian Auditors.


Dr István Borbíró

Member of the Supervisory Board

Attorney-at-law Dr István Borbíró has been a partner at Jutasi and Partners Law Firm since 1993. He graduated in law from Eötvös Loránd University where he also held a position as a lecturer in the Faculty of Administrative Law. He has extensive knowledge and experience in business law authorisation procedures related to project development.


Péter Jancsó

Member of the Supervisory Board

Péter Jancsó has been serving as the President and CEO of Graboplast Zrt. since the establishment of the public limited company and is a Member of the Board of Directors of GRABO-HOLDING Zrt. Between 1997 and 2001, he was the President of the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Chamber of Industry. He was, and currently is, a member of various civil society and consultancy organisations. He graduated from the Budapest University of Technology.


Attila Sütő

Member of the Supervisory Board

Attila Sütő graduated as a BSc from the Chemical Industry Automation College of the Technical University of Heavy Industry, after which he earned another degree as a Maintenance Planning Production Engineer at the Dunaújváros Faculty of Western Hungary University, followed in 2020 by an HSE Engineer degree from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics. He began his professional career at MOL Nyrt.’s legal predecessor, where he had worked for 18 years, five of these in the Ukraine. He joined the Company on May 1, 2015 as an HSE engineer. Mr. Sütő was elected to ALTEO Nyrt.’s Works Council during the 2019 elections, where he was elected Chairman and, taking advantage of the possibility afforded by law, the Works Council nominated him to the Company’s Supervisory Board. Then in 2020, the Board of Directors, acting within the competence of the General Meeting, appointed him to the Supervisory Board.
