ALTEO has acquired 100% ownership of one of the leading waste management companies

The acquisition of ÉLTEX Ltd. has been completed, making ALTEO the 100% owner of one of Hungary’s leading waste management companies.
With this acquisition, ALTEO’s waste management division is further strengthened, enabling us to handle even more material streams and contribute to returning an increasing amount of valuable waste materials into the circular economy. This brings us closer to our goal of becoming Hungary’s market leader in the circular economy by 2030.
